Hechtman Recording Studio
The studio is a space on the 3rd floor of Van Pelt-Dietrich Library Center (room 322) for video, audio, and photo production. The room contains a video camera, microphone, audio recorder, lights, and backdrops including a greenscreen/chromakey backdrop.
It is a not a study room, practice room, etc. and cannot be reserved for non-media production use. Even if your reservation is accepted, if it is determined that you are doing non-media activities, you will be asked to leave, regardless of your reservation and you may be blocked from reserving the studio again. You may use the room for personal as well as academic or extracurricular purposes.
Editing and other post production may be done in the Vitale Digital Media Lab, where staff are available to help with software like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro X, iMovie, Audition, and Audacity.

The studio is open free of charge Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9am-5pm, by reservation only.
You may reserve and use the recording studio only if at least one person in your group using the room has received a Recording Studio orientation.
