Vice Provost & Director of Libraries - Constantia Constantinou was named the H. Carton Rogers III Vice Provost and Director of Libraries at the University of Pennsylvania in 2018, and she is responsible for planning, acquiring, managing, leveraging and preserving the knowledge and information resources that support Penn’s instructional and research programs.

 

Board of Advisors - The Board of Advisors is an advisory board with roles and responsibilities defined by the Vice Provost and Director of the Libraries and the Office of the University Secretary. The primary roles of the Board of Advisors are to provide support and counsel to the Vice Provost and Director of the Libraries and to serve as ambassadors to the Penn Libraries locally, regionally and globally.


Orrery Society Council - Members of the Orrery Society Council comprise the leadership of the Orrery Society and serve as the Penn Libraries’ key ambassadors for collection development, digitization, conservation, and librarian travel by being able to clearly articulate the importance of information resources to the scholarly mission of the University, and the need for support. 


Orrery Society Volunteers - The Orrery Society, which recognizes donors who support information resources at a leadership giving level, is supported by a network of volunteers.  This group of alumni and friends consists of an honorary Co-Chair, two Co-Chairs and the Orrery Society Council.


Young Alumni Board -  This newly-established advisory board is made up of young alumni who serve as advocates and ambassadors to the Penn Libraries.


Office of Advancement  - The members of the Penn Libraries Advancement team work diligently to bring to the Penn community an awareness of the changing face of the Libraries and the opportunities to make an impact in the future of the Libraries.
