The Frances Baylinson Rosenbluth Fund was established by Harold S. Rosenbluth to support acquisition of scholarly materials for the Students and Faculty in the Graduate School of Education and other scholars.
Through this fund, Harold S. Rosenbluth is happy to assist the Penn Libraries and at the same time support the University’s commitment to advancing the study of education.
