In 1988, this fund was established in memory of Bruce Alan Miller, College 1970, by his family. The Vice Provost and Director of Libraries said, "There are few gifts that will...contribute so much to the future excellence of Penn."

Mr. Miller was a political science major at Penn, and the fund supports acquisitions in that field.
