Penn Libraries collects across many disciplines in support of the Master of Organizational Dynamics (MSOD) program. Students in Organizational Dynamics draw many of their sources from the Penn Libraries' psychology and business collections, which cover industrial and organizational psychology and organizational studies. Literature on coaching, organizational economics, organizational culture, human capital management, interpersonal dynamics, and other topics of interest to organizational dynamics researchers is available in both Van Pelt Library and the Lippincott Library for the Wharton School.  Material on systems and design thinking can be found in Van Pelt Library as well as in the Fisher Fine Arts Library.
