Library users are asked to turn in any "lost" items they find to the Circulation Desk, located directly to the left of the Library's main entrance. Depending on the value of the item, it will be re-located to our lost and found shelf or retained at the Circulation Desk.

Library staff will call users if enough identifying information is on the item.

The Lost and Found shelf is located directly across from the Circulation Desk. Papers, diskettes, books, articles of clothing are placed there daily. Valuable items, such as wallets, expensive jewelry, and watches are held at the Circulation Desk. Proper identification is needed to retrieve items from behind the desk. This may be done anytime the Library is open.

Lost PennCards are held for one day. If not retrieved, PennCards are returned to the Penncard Center.

Please call us at 215-898-5815 before coming to the Library, so we can help you find your lost items.
