Reference assistance is provided by Liza Vick, head of the Music Library. She can help you find materials in the collections, get started on a research paper, navigate the Internet, or choose the most relevant electronic databases. Liza is usually available Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 5:00. If she is unavailable when you stop by, leave a message and she will contact you. Request services
Some reference services are available online. For example, you can ask a reference question right from your desktop.
Penn faculty, students, and staff may schedule an appointment for a research consultation. Penn faculty may arrange for course-related library instruction sessions which are customized to meet the needs of their students.
