Drawing Away:
Exile and the Graphic Novel
On Exhibit: January 18 - March 22, 2010
Drawing Away: Exile and the Graphic Novel explores how various graphic novelists have used the theme of exile, whether from a home country, culture, or ethnic group, to create moving works of literary and visual art. This small display accompanies this year's One Book, One Philadelphia selection, Marjane Satrapi's The Complete Persepolis.
